Brand name prescription benefits

Most drug plans reimburse your prescriptions costs up to the price of the generic version of the drug. If, you require the brand-name version of a drug, we have services available that can help with the application process.

As each program provides access to participating brand medications through different pharmaceutical manufacturers, we recommend you review the information on each site to determine which program supports the medication you’re currently using. New medications are added regularly.

Available through IRIS the Visual Group locations, you’re entitled to:

  1. $150.00 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of eyeglasses including a frame and a pair of fully coated prescription lenses (lens value minimum value of $250)

  2. $150.00 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of prescription sunglasses including a frame and a pair of fully coated prescription lenses

  3. $50 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of a pair of fully coated progressive lenses for your current frames (minimum value of $250)

  4. $25 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of a pair of fully coated single vision lenses for your current frames (minimum value of $250)

  5. $50.00 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of non-prescription sunglasses valued at $100.00 or more.

  6. $50.00 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable towards the purchase of annual supply of contact lenses.

  7. $250 IRIS Certificate: Redeemable for laser eye surgery both eyes or $250 per eye for specific intraocular lens replacement. (Available at our Ophthalmology Clinic in Laval, Quebec only)
