If you cannot access your account, or you have been locked out after too many unsuccessful attempts, please email claims.inquiries@peoplecorporation.com or call 1-800-875-7982  Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central).

If you are not signed into your account, on the login page click Forgot Password, and follow the prompts.  If you still can’t change your password, call 1-800-875-7982 Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central).  If you are signed into your account, go to your profile settings to change your password.

To ensure a fast and effortless claims submission process, we recommend accessing your Member portal (People Corporation or Sirius) or downloading the mobile app. Alternatively, you may continue to submit your claims by mailing them to our office. You can also fax claims to us through 1-204-488-6008. For your convenience, you can download and print the claim form from our website (People Corporation or Sirius).

Dentists, pharmacies, and various paramedical practitioners can direct People Corporation in real-time using the TELUS Health System. The wait time for your claim depends on various factors, such as the type of claim, the submission method, and our current claims volume. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the receipt of your claim. To ensure a hassle-free and prompt processing of your claim, we recommend that you register for our member portal or mobile app.

Please call 1-800-875-7982 Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central). You can also login to your member portal or app to get 24/7 access to view your benefits coverage, along with many other self-serve features.
